The Customer Service Team is available by phone between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  An answerphone service operates outside these hours.  All calls and emails to the Customer Service Team are logged and this guarantees that your query will be answered.  We will respond to your calls and emails within 24 hours on working days.  If your query is complex and we cannot resolve it within 24 hours we will keep you informed of progress.
