VRQs 2012: the next generation
In September 2012 we will be launching a simple and streamlined portfolio of ILM VRQs. If you currently deliver our Management or Leadership VRQs up to Level 6 – including Dual Certificates, Dual Diplomas and technical certificates – or any of our Coaching qualifications – this will affect you.

Funding updates
News on the Regional Growth Fund, Employer Skills Training and Growth Innovation fund have been added to our funding update section for England.
Plus you can now register for free government web alerts for public sector tenders through the Supply National SME Engagement Programme.
New bank details
ILM has changed banks, moving from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) to Santander. The new accounts are already in operation, however the move is phased so customers making ad hoc payments into the RBS account will have their payment automatically re-routed to the new Santander account over the next 13 months. In addition Santander will notify these customers directly of the change. All direct debits, standing orders and any other regular payments have already been switched over.

The centre resources area has been updated with all our Qualification cards - browse and download through the new drop-down menu.
Quality reports clarification
The Remote Monitoring and Routine Visit reports have been causing some confusion. To clarify, the section showing 'Number of certificates claimed to date' shows the number of unit certificates as well as final certificates.
