Who can I contact to get help?
Please contact our Customer Service team if you have any queries not answered here. The Customer Service team is available between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, on 01543 266867. An answerphone service operates outside these hours. All phone calls and emails are logged and we will respond to you within 24 hours on working days. If we can't resolve the issue immediately we will keep you informed of progress.
