Important update on National Centre Numbers
Every ILM centre in the UK received a letter last month about our switch to National Centre Number (NCNs). We’re asking these centres to let us know if they have an NCN already or would like us to request one on their behalf. If you have yet to receive your letter about this important change please email us this week.
Our commitment to you
This year we’ve been reviewing our customer care, with a particular focus on improving our work with centres. We’re committed to speeding up certificate turnaround times, simplifying the Walled Garden experience and enhancing the centre website services. On 23 April we wrote to every centre detailing this work, but the information is also available below in case you missed it.
Beating the recession - can you help the unemployed back into work?
We're inviting practising managers to take part in our online survey about recruitment and unemployment. The results will be used to advise people who are unemployed, particularly recently unemployed managers on returning to work. Centre satisfaction surveys
The independent market research agency, The Leadership Factor, will be conducting customer satisfaction research with a sample of ILM centres in June. If you are selected to take part please provide honest feedback in order for us to identity areas for improvement.
