As we approach the end of 2009, I'd like to thank all ILM centre staff for their hard work and achievements during what has been a difficult year for many. We will continue to support you in the new year with more flexible qualifications, marketing tools and opportunities to grow your business.

Christmas closure
Our Customer Service Centre will close from 17.00 on 23 December until 08.30 on Monday 4 January. Any orders placed during this period will be treated as priority and despatched during the first week of January. If you have an urgent issue please email customer@i-l-m.com putting URGENT in the subject, as this inbox will be monitored during the break.
New brochures in stock
If you are running a management qualification at Levels 2 and 3, you can benefit from our new brochure - Qualifications for Team Leaders and First Line Managers. Get branding
Remember you can increase the impact of ILM marketing material by co-branding it with your company logo and contact details. Our web-to-print service is part of the Centre Support Toolkit and heavily subsidised to keep the costs low for you. Get ordering and have some new material ready for 2010.
