Teaching Trust
In August 2010, ILM together with Management Today magazine published the second Index of Leadership Trust, an annual benchmark of leadership trust in UK organisations. The results of this project are available to all ILM centres to enhance the marketing and delivery of ILM programmes.
We have also developed a suite of resources for ILM tutors and learners to ensure the findings of the Index of Leadership Trust can be easily incorporated into existing ILM development programmes.
