We're serving you quicker

Following changes to our registration and certification processes last summer, we're getting positive feedback that certificates are getting to you quicker.

The Customer Charter has been updated to reflect our commitment to faster turnaround times: approvals and issuing of certificates will be reduced by 30% and external assessment results by 5 days.

ILM Learner of the Year

Congratulations to the 2010 national winners and their nominators. Each winner receives an ILM trophy plus a City & Guilds Medal for Excellence.

The overall winner will be announced in April at the City & Guilds Lion Award Dinner, held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

Funding news - Apprenticeships

Up to 4,000 Scottish businesses will be able to claim £1,000 for each new apprentice they take on, under a new strand of the Government's 'Invest in an Apprentice' scheme. The scheme is set to run from January 11 to March 26. Read more

Learning resources online

The new ILM online shop will launch next week with a host of specialist learning resources designed to enrich programme delivery.

You will be able to browse and buy online tools, books, assessments and lesson plans. Keep an eye out for the official launch on 24 February.
