SFA ring-fences £50m for strategic skills

The Skills Funding Agency (SFA) has ring-fenced £50m from Train to Gain funding for the Joint Investment Programme for Strategic Skills.

Available for the 2010/2011 academic year, funding is primarily for qualifications at Level 3, 4 and for qualification units in sectors considered vital to recovery and growth. The SFA has full details regarding expressions of interest.
