We've noticed an old version of the assessment sheet being used for Unit M3.01 'Solving Problems and Making Decisions'. Please ensure you have the most up-to-date version in circulation.
The unit appears in the following:
- Level 3 Qualifications in First Line Management
- Level 3 Qualifications in Facilities Management
- Level 2 Certificate in Sales Management
- Level 3 Qualifications in Leadership and Management
- IQual Award in First Line Management
If you are using an old version with current learners, please consult your quality manager.
Fellowship offer for higher level learners
Your higher level learners - grade 5 and above - may be eligible for the prestigious grade of ILM Fellow.

ILM Coaching qualifications - watch the word counts
The following suggested word counts can be shared with learners preparing assessments for our VRQ Coaching qualifications:
- Level 3 - 2,000 to 3,000 words
- Level 5 - 3,000 to 4,000 words
- Level 7 - 4,000 to 6,000 words
For more detailed guides, please refer to section 4.1 of the centre manual. Learners should not be penalised for assignments exceeding these recommendations.
