As the foremost awarding body for leadership and management qualifications, ILM is uniquely placed to evaluate and endorse in-house training schemes. Depending on how the training process is assessed, you can potentially have your internal schemes approved as ILM Endorsed Programmes, or ILM Development Programmes, providing instant industry-wide recognition of the standards and quality of your internal provision.
Recognition and support
By partnering with us in this way, you can become an ILM recognised providers, earning the right to use our Endorsed or Development logos on training and publicity materials.
Your candidates will receive an ILM Endorsed or Development certificate on completion of their course, marking their professional development. In addition we will give them six months' trial membership of ILM, offering them access to a wealth of expert information, advice and support services to maximise their training experience and encourage CPD.
