Because ILM recognises that all organisations are different, our qualifications are designed with in-built flexibility. Our unique unit-based qualifications give employers the freedom to select from an array of optional units, to build programmes that deliver the skills you need from your managers.
ILM also partners with individual organisations and wider sectors to create tailored development solutions through our customised programmes. ILM’s team of management development consultants work with all types of employers to build bespoke qualification units which can be added to existing ILM programmes – or delivered alone. Employers can also work with our consultants to bolt individual ILM units onto existing training programmes, and embed ILM’s leadership and management development expertise within their staff training schemes.
