Level 4 Award in Vocational Assessment of Leadership and Management

In the first of two mandatory units, participants study unit design within the Qualifications and Credit Framework and learn how to plan vocational assessment. In the second unit participants devise fit for purpose vocational assessments, prepare appropriate assessment materials and then assess a learners' work.
