International Management Qualifications (IMQs)

ILM offers seven International Management Qualifications (IMQs) specifically designed to meet the needs of the international market. They focus on the key areas of management and leadership, but adopt an assessment process more suitable for use in global markets. In addition, all IMQs link to the UK framework of qualifications which enables progression to higher levels as required.

Foundation Award in Management Principles

This qualification is designed for learners who have completed or are studying for an International Vocational Qualification (IVQ) where some elements of management theory have been covered. Through successful completion of the FAMP examination learners will be able to show they have gained further knowledge in the core principles of management

IMQ Level 3

IMQ Introductory Certificate and Certificate in Management

These management qualifications are specifically designed for overseas candidates. They aim to give learners the wide range of skills and knowledge required by first line managers and supervisors across all employment sectors

IMQ Level 3

IMQ Introductory Certificate and Certificate in Team Leading

The IMQ Introductory Certificate and Certificate in Team Leading are qualifications specifically designed for overseas candidates. They aim to give learners a basic knowledge of the various roles and responsibilities an individual is likely to encounter as a team leader

IMQ Level 2

IMQ Introductory Diploma and Diploma in Management

The IMQ Introductory Diploma and Diploma in Management are qualifications specifically designed for overseas candidates. They aim to give participants the comprehensive range of skills and knowledge required by middle managers across all employment sectors
